Servers & ping.
Is it the server or your connection? The status of every ROTK service, checked every minute, and the ping from cities around the world, measured every hour.
Your ping to Europe
– ms
Measured from your browser to the EU server.
A web request, so expect a few ms more than in game. Wi-Fi and other downloads add more.

A jump across all cities at once points at the server or its network, not at your provider.

Measured with Globalping probes on datacenter and home networks. These are network pings, not your personal ping; Wi-Fi, your provider and routing all add to it.
Pick the closest region
Distance sets the floor. From most of Europe the EU server is the lowest; from the Americas, Dallas.
Cable beats Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi adds a few ms and, worse, spikes. A cable gives a steadier ping, which matters more than the number.
Spikes for everyone?
If the median above jumps for all cities at once, it is on the server side. Check the status cards, or the ROTK Discord.
